About the Individual Development Program

Want to add more value to your BPW membership? Need to increase visibility in your community? Are you looking for leaders for next year? Then you need the BPW/TN Career Plus/Individual Development (ID) program!

BPW/TN introduced a new updated Individual Development program at National Convention in 2005.  All of the modules have been changed and updated.

BPW/TN is requiring that a trainer must be trained initially by BPW/TN regional training sessions, but then that trainer is qualified to train others in their state.  Each Trainer must follow the BPW/TN program as presented at the training sessions.

A CD is available for all for $14.95 from BPW/TN, but again must be used by someone who has been trained under the BPW/TN program directly or someone who has already completed the training at one of the regional sessions.
